She lays hands on you to help with relaxation and healing through reiki.
She helps prepare a sitz bath that is so soothing.
She may do some meal prep, laundry folding, or light organization.

Meet virtually for Postpartum Coaching where a postpartum doula supports you similarly to in-home support, except that it is through a screen. Postpartum Coaching can provide:
