Purchase the Postpartum Planner to help guide you through creating your postpartum plan. A postpartum plan is much like a birth plan.  It helps you prepare for a postpartum where you feel supported and have realistic expectations of the extremes of this season.

My in-person doula support includes support in a variety of ways, meeting you where you are:

• help with feedings and first baths

• light house organization

• meal prep

• hold baby so you can shower

• prepare a sitz bath

• emotional support

• provide information on safe sleeping, baby wearing, and physical recovery; etc.

Additional fees include travel and extra support via phone/email/etc.

Reiki is a Japenese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.​
