Postpartum Planning Workshop at Nurture Family Chiropractic

During this Postpartum Planning Workshop, you will receive and be guided through a postpartum planning workbook. Carrie who is a certified postpartum doula and lactation counselor with Our Postpartum Village will help with insight on options you have and realistic expectations when it comes to parenting decisions, self care, support sytem, relationship, and more.

This will give you the framework to have the conversations you need to have before baby comes as well as a place to write down everything in one place. That way when you are in the fog of the 4th trimester, you can just go back to the workbook for reminders on the support you need and the plans you made as well as make any adjustments as needed.
